Elite Homes, a division of Self Services Inc., is a family owned company that has been established since 1978. The company has been actively involved in both residential and light commercial construction in Lubbock and West Texas surrounding areas since its conception. Scott was born in Lubbock, Texas and attended school at Lubbock Cooper. He graduated from Texas Tech University in 2000. He was actively involved with Elite Homes; therefore, continuing in the construction industry was a natural career choice. Scott served on the 2010 Board of Directors of West Texas Home Builders Association as well as various committees within the association. He most recently participated in the Extreme Home Makeover project in Wellman, Texas. Upcoming will be his involvement with The Operation Finally Home Project in Lubbock. Scott and wife, Erica, are the proud parents of active sons, Tanner and Wyatt.



Glenn has always been very proud of his West Texas heritage having strong ties to Lubbock. He was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas. Following graduation from Slaton High School, he served 4 years in the Armed Forces. He married his wife, Jan, in 1970. He worked in various fields of construction and established his own company as well as being on the Lubbock Fire Department. Due to his flourishing construction business, he chose to leave an 11 year career with the Lubbock Fire Department. Glenn and wife, Jan, have been married for 40 years. They are parents of 2 children and 4 wonderful grandchildren.
